Refund and exchange policy on

Anna Pryor Design products?

We are sure you will love your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund. Please contact anna@silkdiva.com  for details.  When returning goods, please retain proof of postage as Silk Diva cannot accept responsibility for items which go astray. Please note Silk Diva will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are damaged, or incorrect.

 

Postage and handling costs?

  • Postage and Handling within Australia is Free

  • Postage and Handling to Overseas Destinations is AU$20.00 for goods up to 1 kilo

 

Payment?

Payment is by Paypal or Credit Card via Paypal.  Customers are also welcome to pay by direct deposit so please contact anna@silkdiva.com for bank details.

 

Shipping?

  • Within Australia up to 5 working days
  • Overseas Destinations 7-10 working days
